What is the process like?

Day 1: Kick off

A kick-off meeting, during which we carry out a detailed analysis of recruitment needs and challenges and develop candidate profiles.

Up to 3 days: Process optimization

You get:
- job descriptions,
- proposals for wording communication for candidates and announcements,
- suitable profiles,
- selling points for candidates,
- a tailored process with the right number of stages, questions, scenarios and methods for verifying candidates.

Up to 7 days: EVP and EB strategy

Workshops, after which you have:
- EVP and EB strategy,
- a set of expected skills and mindset of candidates (e.g. ownership, shift work, building from scratch).

Up to 14 days: Candidates

You get:
- recommendations of the first candidates, in line with expectations (experience, knowledge, adaptation to the organization),
- the first market feedback on the company and the role,
- a plan of further actions.

Weekly

report on our activities and results
presentation of the profiles of the selected candidates
scheduling recruitment meetings for you
