Get to know HR Hints

We collaborated with HR Hints from November 2023 to September 2024. The partnership began with a thorough diagnosis of our organizational structure, company culture, and HR processes, which served as the foundation for a cohesive action plan rolled out over the following months. Our goal at the time was to undergo an organizational transformation and professionalize our people management area, and HR Hints effectively supported us throughout this entire process. During our collaboration, we successfully implemented a series of key initiatives that had a tangible impact on the organization's growth. HR Hints assisted us in organizing and developing areas such as organizational culture, internal communication, employee and managerial development, organizational structure, performance management, and recruitment processes. In parallel, the HR Hints team supported us in executing selected recruitment searches and building internal managerial and HR competencies. For us, the greatest value of this collaboration was the combination of a strategic perspective with a highly practical approach to implementing changes. A significant outcome of our work together was the increased organizational maturity in the People & Culture area, both at the process level and in daily team management practices. The solutions developed were not merely conceptual; above all, they were practical and ready for real-world application within our organization.

We had already been working with another consultant from the HR Hints group in a different area when we decided to expand our cooperation. At that time, we urgently needed to hire a Project Manager, and HR Hints came to the rescue with a good profile at exactly the right moment. The interim Project Manager quickly brought structure to the project, introduced useful tools, and helped organize the way the team worked. Equally important, he also took care of the team atmosphere and supported effective collaboration across the group.
