We worked with HR Hints for nearly 11 months and it was a time of real change in the way our organization operates. We have been working with HR Hints for almost 11 months. It was a valuable collaboration, especially in the context of building a structure, sharing responsibilities, introducing communication routines and organizing business processes. What I appreciate most is consistently showing a business perspective to the changes being made. The cooperation with HR Hints and Magda Soprych was something different and bigger than I expected, because Magda took care of not only the HR area, but also the business area. This is exactly the approach HR Hints has, which shows owners that HR can be a valuable partner. Magda quickly helped me hire a CFO, rearrange the organizational structure, communication routines. We also called organizational culture (values, behaviors, practices) to attract the right people, implement them well and hold them accountable. I personally got a sparring partner with whom I could solve problems together.

Initially, our cooperation with HR Hints was supposed to be short-term - we assumed support in conducting an audit and hiring an HR Manager. Meanwhile, HR Hints stayed with us for 7 months, supporting us in key areas such as organizational culture, internal communication, work organization, performance management and organizational structure.
