An example of a truly responsible system is the one that the Romans used when building triumphal arches. Someone who created the bridge was standing under it as the scaffolding was removed. Importantly, the cooperation takes place in a relaxed, attentive, open atmosphere, but without waterlogging and truisms. I can only add that after the workshop, one of our managers said that it was the best workshop he had been to.
